It’s good to be back. I have been yo-yo dieting for years as I think many of us can probably relate, but my fitness pal has helped before so I’m giving it another go. I just really think keeping track of and being more cognizant of what I am eating is beneficial and educational. I also have some health conditions that I’m trying to keep track of dietary recommendations. Would love some accountability partners, if anyone’s interested. - Sherry
