Hi! Recently diagnosed with diverticulitis and am in search of gut friendly recipes based in stages of the flare and/or disease. I have other sites I use but I do find low fiber recipes in here. What is the chance that I can help you with this?
I do belong to some Facebook groups that have recipes but If log to be able to log them here and have a category for us 200,000 annual sufferers.
The medical, nutritional and physical community is all over the place with this disease. My goal is to help find a cure.
