I assume that the program sets your macros based on the answers given. However, my glucose has been high so I want a low carb high fiber diet. The program still has me at 270 carbs. How do I adjust this properly? I know how to physically go in and change it, but if I make the carbs 150 should I add more protein or split the difference between the protein and fat????

It really depends on you and what you prefer. Adding 120gr of protein to your existing protein target sounds like it could be hard, and unnecessary? How much protein in total would that be? And what are your stats?
Without more info, I'd probably spread it over protein and fat.0
