I'm in :) Can't wait to run in the falling leaves and cooler temps this month :) I post on Mondays a weekly total when my apps gives me updates!

    9/2 - 9/8 10.95
  • Not a walking virgin as I walk the dog but decided this challenge was a good way to break in my new Garmin Forerunner which I got to record length and time of dog walks. Started recording distance walked yesterday gives me 6.69 miles walked over two days! Therefore 43.31 miles to do over the next 20 days. Looks like a good start even though a week late joining in!

Started walking to and from work twice a day (lunch). And then walking with the husband in the evening.
At least the exercise part is going well, even if the weekend calories was awful.

You are more than half way there. Way to go. Maybe you should up your goal to 60 or 70, you can totally do it at the rate you are going.
