30 pounds down, 20 to go but in a weight loss plateau

Hi Everyone! I am 38 and started my weight loss journey with Noom this past May after stumbling across an article at just the right time. To my surprise I have lost 30 pounds with the help of the app so far.
However, I would like to lose 20 more so that I am in the middle of a healthy bmi range for my body, which would be between 130-135. Let me note here that I have never been close to that range since I was a child and the ca.152 pounds I weigh now is the best weight and fitness I have been at my whole adult life (big win there!).
I have been “stuck” around this weight for about 2 months now and was hoping that MFP could help me out of that rut and also be my “successor” to Noom when my membership runs out.
I am an avid runner and have 3 small children who constantly keep me moving around. So I would say I am really active, but maybe still need to make some tweaks to my diet to get the scale moving downwards and to achieve my goal!

Your BMR is likely around 1380. Add in your running (guessing) and regular movement, you're likely around 2000. So are you eating 1500 or less?
