Was a runner way way back in HS. Just started again this past July. Now I’m running about 4miles a day at a 9- 9:30 mile pace. Love to hear what you are doing. Always looking for more motivation.

(For honesty: I don't run, I row and bike. Today is the day I decide whether to shoot for the annual Concept 2 Holiday Challenge, 200k rowing machine (or 400k ergbike, or a combination) between today - US Thanksgiving - and Christmas eve. Most years, I do it because it helps me stop mourning the end of outdoor rowing season - we have icy Winters here. Machines aren't as fun as boats and real bikes.)0 -
