I was on MyFitnessPal for a few years before Covid I find this tool for tracking extremely helpful. I am a health coach and I also help with sleep hygiene but I do use it for myself. Fitness pal makes it easier and easier to track food, fitness and hydration and I love the graphs and statistics for motivation to keep going.
