Belly Dance with Leilah Isaacs on her new app is one of my top ways to workout. I cross train a lot and in between weight training, boxing, and using the Expresso HD bike at the gym, is the belly dancing. I’ve been doing her videos for two years now and u literally never have to do a plank again! Plus I love the music! Also, the Mediterranean diet and keto diet with intermittent fasting is the best combo for losing weight. Crowding out healthy foods with other food is a great strategy too.
