how to get rid of upper arm jiggles and lose skin after some weight loss

Hello Everyone, I have been off and on myfitnesspal for past several years but most importantly I have been steadily losing weight at about 10-15 lbs a year and so far over the past 8 years lost almose 60 lbs but I cannot seem to get rid of the fatty bulge under my upppr arms and belly area. Any suggestions? Thank you

Just have to keep at it. You can't dictate where body fat comes off. Your body does that on it's own. Some places based on your genetics will retain fat longer than any other body part. Getting your body fat % down to normal levels first then reassess.

I'm thinking you didn't get what you needed from the replies to your other thread posted a few days earlier:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10878268/how-to-lose-that-jiggle-under-upper-arms-and-on-lower-body

Can you be more specific, then, about what you're looking for?

The basic idea there was that some of these bulges - unfortunately - will stick around until those are the places our bodies decides to lose fat next. Then they'll start shrinking, and after they mostly shrink in terms of fat storage, only then does skin shrinkage really start being able to happen (because gravity and residual fat are no longer keeping the skin stretched out).

I absolutely, totally understand that this is very frustrating. I looked worse jiggle/flab-wise part way to goal weight than I did at goal, and that can be a discourager for sure. Then, I looked worse at goal (from loose skin) than I did months later. It's a gradual process. I don't know of a way to speed it up.

What you can do is foster the best overall health via positive exercise and nutrition - because skin is an organ, and the things that keep our bodies (all organs) healthy at top functioning also keep skin healthy and elastic. You're already doing a good thing by losing weight relatively slowly (to keep health/avoid physical stress). Hang in there until the process plays out!

I'm sure that's not what you want to hear, but I think it's true, unfortunately.
