Manually adjusting step count

I left my Garmin on the charger this am. Can I manually adjust the step count to a reasonable guesstimate vs leaving it at zero?

You can add a walk (not steps precisely). I'm not sure what happens if you add a walk on MFP's side since Garmin is the original source of the info, what it does via synchronisation.
But you can also add an activity on Garmin's side, which is what I would do if I were you.
Add an estimate of the duration and speed and a calorie estimate will be created automatically.
