Sick and Tired!

I have been trying for years to drop weight, at least get under 200. I am 67 and feel young at heart and still believe there is hope for me. I recommitted again today and worked out on the treadmill for 45 minutes and I’m going to do that daily for now to establish discipline and consistency and just try and keep everything simple. I’ve had this app for a few years and never used this log to ask for support. So this is a first for me. I welcome your support!!!!
