New Here from Texas

Good morning, I am new here in that I haven't been back in the last 7-8 years. I had an initial weight loss of 110 lbs, got down to 148 (I'm 5'9) now I'm back up so would like to lose the 30 or so that I have gained. I am not unhappy; but would feel better if I got out of my work schlump (12 hour days) and got back in the gym. I am also a year out of a long term relationship and started dating so would like to feel more comfortable in my skin! So just starting by being accountable for what I am eating and drinking. Hope to gain friends, I lost my original login info and don't have access to that email anymore.
