    Great job! I’m officially down that magic 10% as of this mornings weigh in. For me that is 23 pounds in 64 days. There is a mental struggle that takes place each and every day, moment to moment. You have fought the battle for 100 pounds! And you won. No easy thing to have done. I pray your momentum builds and continues towards your goal…and also ignites someone else’s fire to achieve what was once thought unachievable. Fantastic! Thanks for sharing.
