    I do weigh ins once or twice a week.

    Dec 15 190 !! Hoping just bloating from Xmas and bday parties. 3 down two to go this week. And have potlucks at work and treats the next couple of weeks
    Dec 22 190 hmm was hoping bloated from last week. Been upping my steps and not having a snack after work other than a coffee from home so hoping that helps any holiday desserts lol

    Dec 31 190. I have been bloated all week from Olive Garden on Christmas Eve so I’m glad it’s gone back down for the new year. Happy new year everyone!
