Loosing motivation to fast šŸ˜Ÿ

Hiya all Iā€™m Daniela, and new here .
Since two weeks I tracked my food now with a break of four days in between. While I was in holiday I was totally out again. I would be happy for every help and easy recipes. My goal would be to loose 20-25 kg Iā€™m 168cm and 96 kg
