Body fat target

I am aiming for a body fat target of 10%. I am currently 19%.

Is there an area on MFP where you can aim for a body fat goal, not a weight goal?

You can't enter it as a goal, but you can track it as a measurement.

FWIW: MFP couldn't treat it as a "working goal" in the way it does calories. To get to a certain body fat level, it requires some combination of the right strength training routine, and the right fat loss, in the combination that works best given an individual's build and starting point. There's no way of creating a "prescription" for that, even as an estimate, in the way MFP can use population statistics to give you a calorie estimate for fat loss.

Lietchi's right: You can track it as a measurement if you wish. Be aware, though, that most of the inexpensive ways to measure body fat are pretty imprecise, more useful as a trend line than an absolute numeric value.

If you don't mind me asking, any particular reason for the 10% goal? AFAICT, that's a miserable level to maintain for any length of time. Also, how are you measuring?
