Hi I'm Guillermo from Uruguay, I'm 38 and I'm using myfitnesspal to lose weight and stick to the keto diet.
I go to the gym 5 days a week to lift weights and run 2 days a week for 40 min
I'm trying to cut the belly fat and find a way to maintain my weight in the long run without bouncing. Do you guys have any recommendations?
