How to log if you work 3rd shirft?

I'm back to doing this and with all the updates since the last time. I need a reminder of how to do that? Is it any different

Well, it's up to you on what day you log your intake: purely based on the hour you eat, or if you want to use your sleep times as a cutoff of what a day is. But you can customize your meals to suit your needs in the diary settings: max 6 meals per day, with whatever name you like. Could be 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner',... or 'Midnight till 4AM', '4AM till 8AM', etc.
Your body doesn't reset at midnight, so whatever is most convenient for you for logging0
