Website and app not syncing

I just got a new phone and logged into the app. None of my diary entries are showing up. I went to the website and everything is there. I tried force syncing the app and that didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still no data. I restarted my phone, still no data. I've changed phones before, and this has never happened. Suggestions?
