Weigh in

I have been lazy all week, not working out, but trying to eat right - until 2 days ago, I ate a fast food bitger and fries. Uggghhhh
So back on track and hopefully next week will be better.

Did you stay within your calories for the week?

    Don't worry about it.

Besides, no way a fast food meal, even if it was in addition to all your regular food, would add 0.9 pounds. Most of that is water retention.

Althoigh, if you've been working out less, hopefully you were eating less too.

Do you have menstrual cycles? I gain water weight at ovulation and premenstrually, and have a subsequent loss afterwards. Because of this, I compare myself to the same point in my cycle last MONTH, not last WEEK.

I like to think of those days as maintenance days. Sometimes my body needs a bit of extra refueling (even if it's not the healthiest). A day of maintenance calories (or even slightly over) will not destroy your progress.

Log it all, don't beat yourself up, and just keep on trucking... and tracking. :)

Micromanaging will keep you busy, no doubt about it. Cheers.
