Hello!!!

I’d love to have a group for encouragement and encouraging, who would like to look at their six month goals and worth through them together!

1. What is your weight loss goal?

2. How do you want to eat to get there?

3. What is your exercise goal?

4. What motivates you?

MY ANSWERS
1. I’m hoping to lose 2 lbs a week until June 11, the date of my niece’s graduation from high school (we’ll be heading from Colorado Springs to Seattle to see her)!

2. I am a type 2 diabetic and have let myself slip into bad eating habits. I also have other autoimmune diseases that are under better control when I eat healthy and keep my inflammation down. I will eat a high protein diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, very few refined sugars or grains.

3. I’m about to start a new job, and exercise is tricky being that I need help most times to get ready for the gym (I live life from a wheelchair). But, I’d love to get into the pool for some aerobics again, even for just 3-4 days a week!

4. My motivation is watching my success. When I feel better, know that I am encouraging others, and when I see my clothes fitting better, then I am motivated.
