You should do what you were good at pretty sad to come back to an app and a feed that doesn’t even answer a question. Platinum addition with all the cool guy stuff isn’t worth it after I started messing with it.

For some reason it didn’t synch to my watch , your workout plan that I tried was horrible and will get someone hurt or already has based off the tempo and no correct form discussion before starting and so far no answers to the questions I had other than spam. For that I am off now. Take care and I will rate it low based off the low responses and the poor content. I see others on your feed feel the same and I encourage them to do the right thing and rate it appropriately .
