My question is that I am trying to lose weight and I sometimes take more than my limited cals or less than them daily. So can I check the average of taken cals. weekly to see if I am on track or not instead of sticking to the daily ones?
For example: I should consume 1400 cals to lose weight but I sometimes take 1600 and on other days I take only 1300.
Thanks,

Averaging over a week is absolutely fine, it's what I do.
I lost 22kg (50 lbs) over 9 months including lots of holidays, days out, meals with friends, by averaging my calories over a week (or two).0 -
I also average over a few days or a week. It keeps me sane! I typically aim for a few lower calorie days per week (as close to 1200 as I can get) so I can enjoy a big holiday dinner or a meal at a restaurant without worry. However, when I do, I log my best estimate of what I ate and click the Complete button to get the “if every day were like today” message remind myself that too many big meals will keep me chubby.1
