That happens to me. I just log out and log back in and it usually fixes, but it's been a recurring issue.2

Relogging helps with my same issue too. Today has been the worst though - entered stuff disappearing, CSS not loading properly, notes disappearing (this has been an issue for months). Took a dozen attempts to enter breakfast and lunch so far.1
