I'm knew too.
I'm struggling with weight around my middle/boobs it's the dreaded menopause weight gain and due to sitting around as I've had a fractured spine and still suffering.
I'm trying to make better food choices and to do exercise even if its 5mins or in a chair.
I log as much food that I eat or when I remember, it foes help my menopause belly doesn't hang as much and know ihave another incentive as my daughter is getting married nxt year.
