Hey I’m a football player at the university of western Missouri and I am trying to get more explosive movements and exercises out of the gym and, also calorie suggestions to make me better.

Have you got a strength and conditioning coach at your uni? Tonnes of plyometric exercises you can do to increase explosiveness, but I’m not a football player. I do stuff like stiff legged pogo jumps or box jumps, clean high pulls, the full clean and snatch lifts (I’m a weightlifter), banded leg drives… but I’d advise asking your coach so that it complements your training and doesn’t risk injuries.0
