I am just curious. When I do insanity I am giving it my 100% and I am burning just under 300 calories. but then I see other people doing the same for close to 400+ calories. is that just cause they are in better shape you start to burn more? I know 300 is still alot of calories but I see other peoples numbers and I feel like I am slacking.

There are a lot of different variables. How they track (MFP estimate, HRM, etc), weight, and fitness level can all impact the numbers.
Don't focus so much on the numbers.0 -

ok that makes me feel better. I am using a HRM so I know it is more accurate then what MFP is and the other people that burn more are using the same HRM so I was a little worried I just wasn't doing as much. Thank you0
