Exercise
15 mins of exercise, it is tiresome. But my mind keeps telling me to get of my bum I know it makes me feel stiff or stiffer than I already am, no matter wat I do It doesn't seem to help me to be on my feet for a longer time than an hr or so before it starts to ache more nd be painful its so so frustrating Meanwhile the frustration of having to be calling people nd re arranging or explaining my situation omg why is it soo hard to be ill or be unable , I just wish I could fade away nd people leave me alone .. the other side is.... no one bothers or want to really listen ooop sorry I'm ranting
