Macros setting and impact of joining a MFP Plan

Hi I’ve been a MFP user for a little while but joined a plan. Today I started on a weight loss journey to lose the last couple of stubborn kilos. I’ve entered my daily calorie intake and macro split but my biggest challenge has always been ensuring I eat the right foods. So was keen to join the high protein MFP Plan but not sure if that mucks up the calorie/macros I’ve set for myself

I'm not on the plans, not sure what they even are, but if you change one macro the others will have to change also. The three macros are protein, carbs and fat. The percentages have to add up to 100% so if you raise protein then one or both of the other two will have to be lower.0
