Carb Totals For MFP Rollups Off For Some Reason?

Hi there -- Im wondering why on the app each entry is showing less carb totals than it should. Fat & protein don't seem to be affected by this. Just attached one example but this appears to be affecting every single entry. Is this a bug or am I just missing something important here?

Carbs, sugar, fiber, ... are all separate fields that have no mathematical relationship in MFP. The carb count is simply what has been entered as such (not a sum of carb subtypes). So you can get 'illogical' numbers if someone entered the data incorrectly.

Furthermore, some of the 'subtypes' listed are not mutually exclusive.
In countries like the US (unlike for example Europe) the carb count on labels includes fiber and sugar alcohols
-> that's why the net carb entry has been created: net carbs equals carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols.
Sugar however is simply a type of carbohydrate = part of those 4gr of net carbs.
So your example seems perfectly logical.
