All the sites I've checked are giving me 124 cals for 100g :)

I just tried to find this out for myself a couple of days ago.
    My method:
I cooked a 16 oz box and the only thing I could get from my calorie checking is uncooked pasta, 2 oz dry is 200 calories.
    Could find nothing about cooked.
I took a big serving spoon that held about 3/4 cup and filled single serve dishes with equal amounts so that I could try to portion it equally with the # portions my box of dry noodles said it contained. I got about 11/2 cup (not packed) of cooked pasta to weigh 146 grams. Because I did the dividing out into equal portions I figure I had a serving which is 200 calories worth of penne pasta.

I think the amount of water the pasta absorbs will impact the weight and give potentially different calorie information.

that's the method I was going to use but my sister came home and helped herself to the pasta so I have no idea how many serving are left to compare with...... I have found one site told me 124 and then another that told me 165.. kind of a big difference, so im not sure.....

...I just weigh mine dry. Seems easier? What with water absorption and potential wetness and the texture to which an individual likes their pasta? So many variables.

yes that would b smart, but I didn't think of that until I had started cooking it....

just look for the non-user entries in the database for whole wheat cooked pasta (there are some). The shape is irrelevant, as you are weighing the food.

If this happens, I just split the difference :)
