Today I got a massage, and as the therapist ran her hands up my back, I could FEEL how much my waist has changed! It may be silly, but it made me smile.:happy:

Not silly at all. One of my goals once I've lost the weight is to get a massage. Right now I'm too self conscious to not have my clothes in front of strangers.0
