Hi I started the process this week
And yeaterser I ate 750 calories more than I need

Learn from it (why did it happen?) And just move on.
750 calories is the equivalent of approximately 0.2lbs of fat. If your calorie goal includes a weight loss rate of 1.5lbs per week, you ate at maintenance.
So just move on and do better next time. One day is just a blip, it's what you do overall that matters.0
