So I've been working out 6 days a week since about mid June. My current regimen of eating has always felt like more than enough food, always kept be sated. If one were to look at my diary, over time, my consumed calories has someone steadily increased in the past month, eating into more of my allotment of exercise calories.

Since it has been about 2 and a half months, and I've been getting desired results, but I'm generally feeling hungrier, does this suggest that I should eat more, consume more of my exercise calories for a higher net total? I've got good snacks to choose from, so I'm not worried about pigging out on fast food or anything, but I've always tried to be cautious about eating back calories, even though your really supposed to.

I don't know...just seeing if anyone else has experienced this after several months of monitoring food and exercise.

Are you using MFP's estimates for calories burned for your exercise? MFP is notorious for overestimation of that. That being said, I would eat half of your exercise calories back.

Also, protein and fiber will help you feel fuller for longer.

Generally, what I like to look for in my macronutrients, is to stay under carbs and sodium. Try to get as close to fat goal as possible. Protein and Fiber I always try to go over. Some days work better than others, but you get the point.

    Good luck.
