So I've been trying my best to get and stay fit for something like 7 years now. I got my first Fitbit in February 2015 at first I lost WAY TOO MUCH weight. Then because I was turning 40 when I started to try to gain weight in muscle form I gained mostly fat despite not "dirty bulking" and going the "clean bulk" route. Don't we love learning from mistakes? Now at 42.5 I am just trying to keep muscle by weight training and lose fat by hitting my 160-180 grams/day of protein and not taking in much in the way of carbohydrates. But it's true. Physique recomposition is a young man's game. I still put in full effort in trying to lose 10-15 lbs. But I will not be disappointed if in 3 months I fall a bit short of that.
