How did you lose the last 5-10 pounds?

Hi everyone,
Was wondering what anyone out there did to lose the last pesky pounds. Were you stricter with your diet? Did you up your exercise? I am doing good with diet, and for exercise I walk 25 minutes 5 days a week, plus do about 10 minutes of weight training 5 days a week also. I have the dreaded lower belly fat and inner thigh fat...

What tips or tricks did you do to get you to your goal weight?
Oh and I am just over 5 foot 10, 24 years old and am 162 pounds.

    I just kept eating a little below TDEE. I plateaued for at least three months with 2 to 4 pounds to go. When I started to lose again I was running at least two times a week to train for a 10 km run in April. I haven't exercised much since, lost about 7 pounds quickly back then and Ive kept it off. in the end I lost 15 pounds instead my 10 pound goal. My advice is believe you can do it, stay consistent with measuring and tracking your food intake and do weights and / or run if you can. Good luck! You're nearly there!:flowerforyou:

    I upped my calories. About 1000 calories deficits a week by eating at maintenance on lifting days and a deficits of 250 cals on off days. That worked well for me.
