Crushed the 90 minute class today! I had to laugh --after a tough 10 minute interval guy next to me yells out "You're a MACHINE!"-- Guess I'll take that as a compliment !!

Today was eventful. Started off with a 9-11 Memorial stair climb which I finished in record time. Then did an event ride in Zwift. And then because apparently I'm a damned lunatic, I finished the workout that my workout partner gave up on.

Zwift rides. Unfortunately the developers 'fixed' the arch glitch on the climb portal, so I may be subjecting myself to it a bit less than I have been. My quads and calves will than me for that, though, considering that they're achy after the stair climbing on Monday.

Hello, friends, and welcome new members! It’s been a while but. Oy does MFP make this hard to get to :-) not aiming for double lime some of y’all, but I’m on track to pass the goal and have already passed my elevation goal of 100k’!

Fully recovered from the 7 broken ribs in July and back into my sunrise routine! Now I need to get back to the calorie tracking side of the app and shed Some weight I put on during my convalescence. It’s always something. Cheers!
