Hello, this is my first time joining a weight loss group, even tho I have used MyFitnessPal for a few years now, but I think it would be better for me if I had some friends doing this together! I'm doing Optavia 5 n 1.

    I’m new too. Just started today. When I got on the scale it said dog because it couldn’t recognize my weight as compared to my prior weight so there is no denying it is time. That was pretty motivating today too ha ha.
