Hello to my workout family

I am 64 and was let go from my job because I was injured and close to retiring, well that’s another story, my BMI was a little over 25 so rather then sit around I decided to do something about that. When I was younger I loved to road bike so I bought a nice bike. I also got a treadmill and a an coaster and I lost about 20 lbs so far and my BMI is 22. So for you younger people who think it’s impossible to become fit just watch your diet and exercise at least 1 hour. Day. Keep it up and good luck with your life style change!
