Plans for the New Year?
Happy New Year!
I'm starting back into my healthy routine today. I am 10 pounds less than I was a year ago and I plan on working on what works for me. What's important for me is to add more fiber and eat plenty of vegetables. I did try intermittent fasting and found that I was comfortable and strong. As long as I kept up with my fiber intake I was able to go 12 to 14 hours without eating.
My exercise routine is walking the dogs, riding my stationary bike and getting on the treadmill.
This year I need to work on my upper body too.
