One More for the New Year Train

Options
I'm T, 28 years old though I will be flipping over to 29 in a couple weeks.
I've had great success before, dropping a whopping 75 pounds. But life got in the way over the last 2 years(Covid and other factors included) and now I'm about 15 pounds shy of where I started. So I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself, give the middle finger to my main source of stress, and get healthy again.

Overall, I'm looking at about 105 pounds to lose to get me into the upper bracket for a healthy weight for my height but that's the end goal, and one I find adjustable depending on how I feel. Because my true goal is comfort and confidence in my body.

For now? The more immediate goal is get as fit as possible in the next 20 weeks so I can comfortably buckle my seatbelt on an airplane.

Happy New Year everyone, lets get healthy.
