More Visible "Edit Quantity Replace Remove" in Web MFP Recipe Edit

Maybe this is an environment specific issue, I don't know. (I'm using Chrome in Windows.)

In web browser MFP, the "Edit Quantity" "Replace" "Remove" options for recipe ingredients are invisible until I hover the cursor over the area where I know they are. This seems to be true both on the list of matched ingredients when adding a new recipe, and on recipe edit for existing recipes.

I've answered multiple user questions that I suspect wouldn't even have needed to be asked, if those options were visible rather than hidden until hovering. I suspect it might be behind other struggles people have with recipe builder on the web. (The phone/tablet app is a little laborious to edit ingredients, but the method is more clear IMO.)

Yeah, it's a tiny thing.
