Trying again!

Hi: Just started My Fitness Pal on 1/1/23. I did it 2 years ago and was successful in losing 30 lbs. Stopped being accountable for what I ate, I gained it back. Glad to be back in the weight loss game and know I will be successful. But, how to keep it off? Any comments/ suggestions would be helpful. Thanks! Ms. Sugar Joe
