Normal to gain weight: new exercise routine?

Soccer began this week which means twice a day sessions, two hours each, with sprinting and playing. I weighed 111 lbs before the week and by today I weighed 114 (I'm 17 years old and 5'6")? Is this normal? I know it's not muscle mass, and I have not been eating fattening foods. How long will it take before my weight goes back to normal? Starting Monday we will be having practices only once a day for 6 days a week. Help!

    Yep, I remember when I started C25K and then freaked out when I put on 3-5 pounds in a couple days.

    Once I climbed down from the ceiling, I drank more water, kept at it, and it fell off within a week.

    Keep at it. Your body's just adjusting to new levels of awesome... :P
