Just like many years, I'm doing a Dry January. (Actually, I'll stay mostly dry as long as it takes to get my weight in check, probably into March.)

I want to log for several months and be active every day.

I want to work on resistance training (rather than all cardio).

I want to do more group workouts.

And, I want to journal every day to work on mood and energy.
