Newbie

Hi everyone I am Vannessa im a newbie here but not a newbie to try and lose weight.
I have lost 40kg in the past with ww but have put almost all of it back on so here I am on day 4 using My Fitness Pal. I love the app and find it is keeping me accountable also making sure I drink a minimum of 2 Litres of water a day. I meal planned for rhe week which has made life so much easier as some nights I dont finish work til 6pm. I did an online shop for groceries I needed no extras and only healthy snacks in the house. This journey for me isn't about looking good its about my health. I am a nurse and so over having sore feet. I want to be able to move around freely again. My current weight is 134 kgs I was 142 kg at my heaviest. Looking forward to the support from the community here lovely to be here with you.
