When using Samsung phone and Watch, what are the best integrations to use?

Hi Everyone,

I have used MyFitnessPal on and off for a couple of years now, but still have doubts about the optimum setup for fitness tracking.

First I will list my devices then apps.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S21
Watch: Galaxy Watch 4 Classic
Scale: Withings, Body Cardio
Blood Pressure Monitor: Withings, BPM connect

Fitness apps that I use:
Samsung Health
Google Fit
StrongLifts
Withings, Health Mate

Here is my dilemas:

I use Stronglifts for my strength training app and it integrates with Google fit. In the past my strength training would show up in my diary, but now it does not.

The watch will count my steps and distance and give me details in the Samsung heath app and sometimes these runs will show up in my diary bot not always.

The scale works with no problems.

I am struggling to find the right set up with Google Fit, Samsung Health and Strong Lifts to MyFitnessPal.

Can anyone help me navigate through this?
