Staying healthier

Hi! I am obviously new to MFP. I spent all of 2022 on a different program that I did well on, but I need something different this year. I am 75 years old. My children are all in their fifties now and my grandkids are grown. I have a couple of greatgrands. I have not always made my health a priority. During COVID and afterwards I did a lot of sitting and ate a lot of processed foods. In the last few years I have been through breast cancer, heart failure and my doctor told me I was prediabetic. About a year ago, I took a deep breath and told myself if I wanted to live, I had better change my ways. And I did! I have lost over 80 pounds and have a few to go. But I am at or near that really hard part: maintenance. I do not want to need to lose a lot of weight ever again. I want to stay with the good habits I have developed. I want to continue to be mindful of what I am eating and thinking. If anyone has any suggestions of what I should do or what communities here might be a good fit, I would welcome them.
