6 Days into Keto diet

Hello everyone, I hope you had a good week! I am I to my 6th day of the Keto plan. Does everyone count Net Carbs or regular carbs. Along with this I am doing the 16:8 fasting and that is not a problem and working well.

    How's it going? appetite reset?

    started beg Dec and noticed appetite/all good by 3rd week or so. I've been doing reg carbs, 4meals/day, about 12-15g carbs/meal, mostly from non-starchy vegs. no IF, i separate 4-5 hrs between meals.

    experimenting with moving to 100g per day (25/meal) to see if appetite will be ok or ignite. cardiac doc recommended Mediterranean, and see there are keto-mediterranean and low-carb Mediterranean. Will be looking at those for food choices. also shifting to low-carb will adjust lower fat, increase proteins as well. it's quite a shift.

    Sounds like you are doing great! I am using Net Carbs for tracking and the 16:8 fasting everyday. Seems to be working great so far and no hunger problems
