    Happened to me, I deleted the app and all app data, re downloaded it and everything came back. Double check on website without app all data is still there, if so it’s just a glitch

    I lost all my data I’d recorded in the original MFP for over 10 years. I upgraded to Premium & paid for it, but I can’t actually use any of the Premium features. And none of the methods to contact MFP for help actually connect with anyone who can help. I think it has changed from an app that was helping to improve my life and health in measurable ways and instead has turned into a major scam.

    Had the same problem, here is the fix.
    - Login via web. Your data should still be there.
    - Add anything to your food diary.
    - Open the app and sync it (it's under settings).
    - You should have everything back.

    Unfortunately, this doesn't work for custom measurements.
    Also, support sucks and cannot even tell you this is the solution, I found it out myself.
